Return & Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange products purchased through this site during the 15 days following date of shipment and obtain a refund of purchase price paid excluding shipping and handling charges. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify us within 15 days of shipment. In order to return a product, you must obtain a RA Form. The RA Form for Ergon returns may be obtained by emailing us at email@example.com. Products must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, unused, and uninstalled. Be sure to return all material and components from the original packing. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damage and missing part(s) restocking fees may apply. The customer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping and handling charges for the return shipment and you assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Ergon. The customer must ship the product insured and prepaid. Refunds won't be made for product damaged during shipping. If you return product without a RA Form, beyond the RA Form validity period of 15 days, or without proper packaging, Ergon retains the right to either refuse delivery or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to 4 weeks to see a credit your credit card account. Sorry, we cannot process refunds on Ergon products purchased from another Ergon retailer.
